Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we process when you use Phasebench and what rights you have under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Who we are
The site is operated by Suta Sebastian. For any question about your data, write to contact@phasebench.com.
2. What data we process
- Calculator values. Calculations run in your browser. The values you enter are not sent to us and are not stored on our servers.
- Share links. The “Copy link” button puts the calculator values in the page address (for example
?I=16&L=30). If you send the link to someone, the values are visible in it. - Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., may record your IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser type, to run and secure the site.
- Fonts. Fonts are served from our own site; no data is sent to third parties for them.
- Messages. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply.
- No accounts or forms. There is no sign-up, comments or newsletter.
3. Affiliate links
If we add links to shops, we label them clearly. When you click one, the shop applies its own privacy policy and may set cookies; we do not receive personal data about you, only aggregate sales information.
4. Legal basis
- Running and securing the site (server logs): our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Replying to your messages: legitimate interest or, where you ask us for something, taking the steps you request, Art. 6(1)(f) and (b).
5. How long we keep data
Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for the period it sets. Emails are kept as long as needed to reply and, afterwards, as required by law.
6. Recipients and transfers
Data may be accessed by the hosting provider. They may process data outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses or other safeguards provided by the GDPR.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to contact@phasebench.com; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in Romania this is ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro.
8. Children
The site is not aimed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
